Walking low we 

 grow accustomed 

To the cadence 

Of the downcast

Seeing not

The Aufzug

The pulling up

For but a moment

Revealing the stairway

Made upon the clouds

Then the curtain lowers

And we walk on

Low below the

Stairway made.
